Compounded medications are customized drugs tailored to meet a specific patient’s medical needs when commercially available, FDA-approved drugs are not suitable or are commercially unavailable. These patient-specific compounded medications are prepared by state licensed 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacies. Since compounded drugs are not FDA approved, the FDA cannot verify their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. However, our partner pharmacies conduct stringent third party testing to ensure quality, safety and efficacy for every compounded medication prescribed to Agile Telehealth patients. After you finish the health intake questionnaire, your details will be evaluated by a licensed medical provider. If you’re approved for treatment, your prescription will be filled and tracking updates will be sent to you by text and email. Each delivery contains a three-month supply which will get shipped discreetly to your door. You’ll also have continual access to our clinical team for guidance or support. To maintain uninterrupted treatment, simply submit your refill request after completing the last dose of your second months vial. If you need help with progress, side effects, or dosing adjustments, our clinicians are available to assist you at no additional cost.

Once you are approved by our clinical provider and your prescription is submitted to the pharmacy, medications are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on pharmacy workload, carrier delays, or your location, but most patients receive their medications within a week of approval. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Yes! You can sign up for multiple offerings, but each may require a separate intake form to ensure all health qualifications are still met for the new treatment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next shipment of medication to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle. Our billing operates on a 28-day cycle, meaning charges are processed every 28 days.

To cancel your subscription, please visit your Patient Portal and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellations made after your next shipment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.‍
