Overview
This page describes the privacy choices the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives to California residents, and explains how to exercise them with EvolvdRX ("EvolvdRX", "we", "us"). "Sale" and "share" have the meaning those laws give them: a sale is disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration, and a share is disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising. These choices apply in addition to, not instead of, the rights described in our general Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Opt out of sale or sharing
You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information and the right to opt out of its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning advertising targeted to you based on your activity across different websites and services.
Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser or browser-extension setting that broadcasts your opt-out preference automatically to every site you visit. EvolvdRX reads the GPC signal and treats it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, to the extent required by law, without requiring any additional steps from you.
Limit sensitive personal information
Sensitive personal information under the CPRA includes information such as health information, and other categories the law defines. EvolvdRX only uses the sensitive personal information you share with us, including health information from an assessment or consultation request, to provide the care-related services you asked for and for other limited purposes the law permits without this right applying. You may still request that we limit our use of your sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide those services.
How to submit a request
To opt out of sale or sharing, to limit use of sensitive personal information, or to ask a question about either choice, contact EvolvdRX through our Contact page. A Global Privacy Control signal is honored automatically and needs no separate request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these choices, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
